Shipping Info

All orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped on the next day after placing the order. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. Out of stock orders and custom-built porcelain sets are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks from the time the order was made. will notify you via email of any change/delay to your order. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or to the FPO and APO addresses.

The following Domestic Shipping and Handling charges will apply for GROUND shipping:

order between $25-$49.99 $ 7.75
orders between $50.00-$99.99 $ 12.00
orders between $100.00-$149.99 $ 15.00
orders between $150.00-$199.99 $ 20.00
orders between $200.00-$249.99 $ 25.00
orders between $250.00-$299.99 $ 30.00
orders between $300.00 - $399.99 $ 40.00
orders over $400.00 $ 50.00

International Shipping

International and expedited shipping is available. We will determine the cost of shipping which will depend on the size and destination of the shipment and contact you with the cost. Any export taxes or fees that may apply to international shipments are to be paid by the customer.


Shipment Refusal

If your shipment arrives at the "ship to" destination and is refused, we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery attempt will be made. If we cannot reach you within one week, your order will be cancelled. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges plus restocking fee of 10% of the price of the product.

Wrong item or quantity shipped

If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your account.

Damaged in shipping

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. Please inspect all Items received within 48 hours.

What to do if product arrives damaged:

  • If you see or hear broken glass upon opening, please do not open it further or handle it.
  • Place the product back in the gift box (if present) and place that back in the original box it arrived in, along with all packing material.
  • Put it in a safe place and call us 267-255-1672 (between 11am - 7pm EST Monday-Friday) or Email for assistance.

The carrier's claims adjustor must see it first.

If you receive the wrong product
