High Enameled Glass, it is mouth blown and hand painted. The gold appliqué and hand painted raised floral designs are a labor-intensive process, which is so highly detailed it draws any eye. The colors (Ruby, Cobalt, White, Jade or Black) are beautifully accented by the contrasting depth of the rich enamel on which the raised scrolling and hand painted flowers lie.
